Works closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure contracts are carried out in the best of company interest Liaising with transport companies, suppliers, and clients Training, supervising, and appraising staff Maintaining statistical and financial records Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met Managing budgets Administering stock control Policies, procedures, systems and support are developed, implemented and adjusted within his area of responsibility Systems are developed and implemented for all production operations by liaising with departmental supervisors and Team Leaders Contribute to the development of the site business plan incorporating production and maintenance, and including a Cost Improvement Program (CIP) to achieve cost reductions as per budget Meet targets and all variances are investigated fully and corrective action implemented. Stock variances levels are investigated and reported Agreed customer service levels are achieved Incidences of stock-outs are minimized. Responsible for the cost reduction and productivity improvement Participating in business and strategic planning and business review processes Operational targets set for the Supply chain are achieved Managers / Supervisors who are failing to meet targets are quickly and effectively supported to implement remedial action Compliance with OH&S and environmental standards, legislative requirements, policies and procedures To provide effective Procurement and Administrative services to all employees and at Organizational level and ensure satisfaction and cost savings with no compromise on quality. Mange the department budgets and ensures the best utilization and cost management. To assess the suppliers and maintain a database / service contracts of approved vendors for services, consumables and fixed assets. To handle all procurement needs at organizational level and source through the approved vendors via RFP / Tender process. To negotiate with suppliers, service contractors and ensure that preventive maintenance, cost saving been made to the organization and relevant records are maintained. To ensure all outsourced services of company are working as per our needs and in line with agreement. Responsible for regular reviews for the department operations, suggestion and implementation of enhancements when and where required Responsible for completion of Audit cycles for the department & ensuring that all purchases and operations are as per the agreed corporate policies and procedure Responsible for managing the team and the deployment of resources to ensure proper service delivery levels Responsible for all company purchasing based on a Demand Replenishment model Responsible for deciding which products are produced at which site, and when and in what quantities Responsible for all Raw Material and Ingredient sourcing and purchases, all consumables, spares and other purchases as required to keep the business operational Procurement of CAPEX expenditure, as required by department managers Responsible for ensuring availability of appropriate warehousing and storage facilities in accordance with the demands and the business needs Responsible for all facets of transportation within the business, inclusive of deployment of all company vehicles, maintenance of all company vehicles, inter company goods transfers, all deliveries from suppliers directly to customers Provide utilization and productivity, purchasing trends, cycle time and other reports to the CEO Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Supply chain & purchase: 5 years (Preferred)
