Accadamic:
Batchlor Degree with Supply Chain background
Experience:
1-2 year's of Experience in Similar Field
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling in Hand Orders Untill Delivery
Co-ordinate with the Manufacturer, Fright Forwarder and Customer until Delivery.
Follow-up With Manufacturer During Production Update every Update to the Customer.
Minimum Technical knowledge is required If not at least ready to learn
More Knowledge about the Shipping via, Courier, Air and Sea.
Want to Manage minimum of 10 orders Without any Collapse.
If required he or She want to prepare the Quote as well to the Customer.
KPI:-
On-time Delivery Rate (%) :- Target: ? 95%
Minimum 10 active orders without delay
Zero critical errors
Production update at least once per week
100% updates shared within 24 hours of receiving info
No order collapse due to miscoordination
Outcome: -
Ensure end-to-end order execution from receipt to delivery with timely coordination, accurate documentation, and improved customer satisfaction.
