About the Role:
Are you a professional with academic and industry experience in

Logistics and Supply Chain Management

? We are taking applications for an

Adjunct Faculty

role to teach and assess students enrolled in the

OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management

, a postgraduate-level qualification regulated by Ofqual (UK). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Logistics and supply Chain Management, as well as experience in teaching and assessing learners at the postgraduate level.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lectures, key subjects such as Logistics Management, Supply Chain Planning, Modelling and Analytics, Procurement and Supply Management, Sustainable Operations Management, Business Research Methods & Supply Chain and Operations Strategy Develop and review curriculum content, teaching materials, and assessments in alignment with OTHM's academic standards. Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback based on OTHM criteria. Conduct research to stay updated on the latest industry trends and contribute to the development of new course content and teaching strategies.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Master's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline Teaching experience at Level 6 or 7 (UK RQF) or equivalent preferred Industry experience in logistics, procurement, or operations (a plus) Familiarity with blended and online teaching platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.) Strong command of English and excellent communication skills Strong ability to manage teaching schedules, assignments, and assessments in a timely and efficient manner. A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED250.00 - AED500.00 per hour
