The Supply Chain Network Strategy & Integration Leader is responsible for managing the short term and mid-long term supply chain network strategy agenda for the different LatAm Operating Units. This role will address the agenda in terms of productivity, service, cost avoidance, growth opportunities, asset utilization and inventory reduction. This role is part of Move LatAm organization, but also covering the E2E value chain programs, especially in Make.

• Orchestrate the process to define 5 year supply chain E2E plan of investment
• Purpose optimal solutions for manufacturing, warehouses, and local networks
• Organization to manage the intense agenda with different stakeholders across LatAm
• Problem solving and creative mindstet is required
• Open for new experiences and challenges

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills | Experience required:

• Experience in warehouse operations, transportation management, people management and digital transformation projects
• Proven leadership skills in building and managing large teams with a history of world class success.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Supply Chain, ideally in network design, warehouse and transportation
• Excellent organizational skills in both planning and execution, managing multiple tasks with accuracy, and meeting corporate deadlines
• Strong communicator and team player with the ability to integrate and work effectively in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to facilitate and accelerate the business relationship based upon an understanding of the customer. Includes the ability to actively listen and engage in conversation to uncover relevant information, resources and solutions
• Experience in project management and transformational programs, with PMO Skills
• Strategic transformation mindset, considering process, people and technology
• Communication, presentation and relationship management experience
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Demonstrated sound decision-making, problem solving, and ability to react quickly under pressure.
• Inspiring and influential leadership.
