Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of construction supplies and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements. Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts. Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions. Maintain a database of approved vendors and material specifications. Ensure materials meet quality standards and project specifications. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with storekeepers for stock availability. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast procurement needs. Track and report on procurement KPIs such as cost savings, delivery times, and vendor performance. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and local regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in procurement within the construction sector. Strong understanding of construction materials, suppliers, and market pricing in the UAE. Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Proficient in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., ERP systems). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of UAE construction laws and import/export regulations. Familiarity with ISO standards and procurement best practices. UAE driving license (optional but preferred).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
