Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage and optimize logistics and shipping operations for our chemical products in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management within the chemical industry and must be fluent in Arabic to liaise effectively with local vendors and authorities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Management:
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for chemical products.
• Optimize transportation routes and manage third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations for chemical transport.
• Shipping Operations:
• Handle documentation for international and domestic shipping.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs, and port authorities.
• Inventory & Procurement:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and forecast demand.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Communication:
• Communicate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams in Arabic and English.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with logistics partners.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and chemical handling protocols.
• Stay updated on import/export regulations and hazardous material guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of UAE shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with hazardous material logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
