Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, inventory control, and supplier management. The role ensures materials and products are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate procurement of raw materials, consumables, and equipment as per production requirements. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery. Oversee inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Collaborate with the production and planning teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules. Monitor logistics operations and ensure efficient inbound and outbound transportation. Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports on supply chain performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and UAE regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle/Epicor). Knowledge of UAE import/export regulations is an advantage.

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience + benefits as per UAE Labor Law.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
