Job Description

  • Supporting the company's operational strategy through effective supply chain management.
  • Supporting the company in expansion plans by planning future needs of warehouses, vehicles and management employees and departments and following up their implementation.
  • Develop, approve, and apply general strategies for purchase, transportation, and storage based on the company's strategic plans
  • Overseeing purchases from the stage of receiving an order to purchase to receiving goods and materials and completing payment.
  • Review and agree to received purchase orders and pricing requests.
  • Follow up on the evaluation of offers according to the procedures and powers approved in the company, and coordinate with the bid evaluation committee (as the case may be).
  • Review and approve purchase orders.
  • Review, analyze and approve reports on returned and excluded goods.
  • Approving the interim bills and submitting them to the concerned authorities for approval and payment.
  • Manage relationships with local and international suppliers, search for new suppliers when needed, and approve the supplier list.
  • Ensure that all warehouses are properly managed, while adhering to the relevant policies and procedures, including receiving, storing and dispensing materials, and managing department staff and warehouse workers.
  • Preparing and approving internal inventory plans, and participating in inventory plans by the inventory or financial management committee.
  • Ensure that the transportation works are carried out according to the approved operating orders, between the company's warehouses, customers, Shops and others, according to the approved procedures
  • Follow up accident files and supporting documents and ensure the necessary procedures are implemented
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Control Department and the Food Safety Authority regulations regarding procurement, warehousing and transportation.
  • Follow up and approve periodic reports of purchases, warehouses, and transportation.
  • Track key performance indicators and indicators, improve effectiveness, and find ways to reduce costs
  • Review and approve repair requests and maintenance offers for warehouses and vehicles.
  • Review and approve payment notes of all kinds.
  • Manpower planning for management, development, training and evaluation of staff capabilities.
  • Plan and follow up on the annual and periodic management budget.
  • Setting goals and measuring performance for the department and departments and working to improve them
