Key Responsibilities



Coordinate between

Sales

,

Operations

, and

Finance

to align material and service requirements. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure quality and timely deliveries. Oversee purchase orders, inventory levels, and logistics movements. Maintain accurate documentation and reports for internal and client audits. Track shipments, approvals, and payments to ensure seamless operations.
We're looking for an experienced

Supply Chain Coordinator

to bridge the gap between

Sales, Operations, Finance, and Vendors

-- ensuring smooth material flow, timely procurement, and on-time project execution. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited for professionals who thrive on coordination, accountability, and vendor management excellence.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree

in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

6-8 years

of experience in procurement or supply chain coordination (Oil & Gas or industrial services preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in

ERP systems

and

MS Excel / Office tools

. Excellent coordination ability and cross-functional teamwork.

Preferred Skills



Knowledge of incoterms, vendor evaluation, and cost optimization. ERP (SAP/Oracle/Zoho) experience. Strong organizational and documentation accuracy.

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
