The

Supply Chain Coordinator

must follow the direction of his/her immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with Company Policy.

Coordinate and manage the flow of materials, information, and resources throughout the supply chain process. Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained and report discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Review production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine material requirements, stock availability, and order priorities. Communicate with department supervisors and suppliers to identify and resolve supply chain delays or issues. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and material usage, ensuring proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials. Ensure compliance with Technical Data Sheets, and regulatory standards related to material handling and storage. Assist in stock-taking activities and work with auditors to ensure accurate records during inventory audits. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products. Manage purchase requisitions and ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed by departments. Regularly update and maintain stock and procurement data, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all incoming materials and ensure proper verification and documentation. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in all supply chain processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and actively participate in inventory and warehouse management systems.
In addition to the above, the employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his/her Manager.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
