Duties & Responsibilities






Manage day-to-day coordination of supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery. Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners for order tracking and issue resolution. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement teams. Assist in preparing reports related to supply chain performance and costs. Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to streamline operations. Support implementation of supply chain process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, receipts, and transactions. Participate in supplier evaluations and relationship management.

Job Profile






Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics coordination. Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office tools. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks effectively. * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
