Supply Chain Clerk

Location:

Modon Building, Ministries Complex, Abu Dhabi

Salary:

AED 4,000 - AED 5,000 per month

Working Hours:

Mon - Thurs: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Fri: 07:00 AM - 12:00 PM Sat & Sun: Off

Bachelor's degree relevant to the role

The Supply Chain Clerk will be responsible for all procurement and purchasing tasks necessary to keep organization running in an efficient and organized way by meeting all necessary requirements on time.

Job Responsibilities:

Handling and receiving all the quotations from suppliers Receiving requests for office supplies Keeping and maintaining all purchase records Providing monthly reports on all of the above Handling with renewal contracts - accommodation/employee supplies/vehicles Handling monthly fuel records Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor Handling and receiving all the quotations from suppliers
