Job purpose:

To assist with the management of Planning / Scheduling activities associated with the supply of the Company\'s products to the GCC Markets and appropriate Export Markets from zero to 36 months. To manage the product portfolio whilst maintaining standards to meet Regulatory and Safety commitments (e.g. GDP, cGMP, MHRA, FDA, MCA, HSE)

Please note this is a hybrid role with our Dubai office, therefore you will need to be based in Dubai
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Aid the S&OP process with cross-functional team through monthly Demand Review
  • Identify issues and decisions that need to be addressed in the meeting
  • Continuously monitor variables affecting demand, offering scenarios and suggestions where shortage, supply issues, or out-of-stock situations may potentially occur
  • Maintain a realistic demand forecast plan in units (To-Market-Sales) / Production plan from the currently defined planning time fence up to 36 months
  • Manage the demand planning of G-CSF products directly with AMGEN
  • Notify the Leadership team of any material management, logistical, processing and quality/compliance issues
  • Co-ordinate with other functions and organisations as required to ensure timely resolution of material management, logistical, process and quality/compliance issues etc
  • Drive accountability for forecast accuracy in the region through KPI reporting
  • Develop plans from analysis of demand (Sales and Forecast data, New Product Introduction, Business Development and partnering activities), that achieve customer service and inventory targets as defined by business processes
  • Represent Supply Chain throughout all meetings
  • Support the order management process, ensuring that orders are accurately processed, tracked, and fulfilled on time. Monitor shipment statuses and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise, working closely with partners to ensure on-time delivery
  • Conduct regular audits of order and shipment data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Management of Supply Agreement terms and product master maintenance
  • Develop and update, Standard Operating procedures related to departmental operational practices
  • Periodically review and update existing documentation within Veeva Vault to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Develop tools and reports to support the Planning/Supply processes
  • Assist with global team in procurement of supply chain services, including transportation, warehousing, training as and when required
Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
  • Have 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of supply chain management, inclusive of procurement and management of outsourced manufacturing and/or distribution services
  • Be highly proficient in MRP / ERP systems and processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be highly computer literate, with the skills to develop sophisticated tools using packages like MS Excel and Dynamics 365
  • Be able to demonstrable practical experience of the application of MRPII in business planning and execution
  • Previous working experience and strong knowledge of the GCC pharmaceutical markets (especially UAE and KSA), ideally within specialised pharmaceuticals, experience with managing early access to innovative therapies
  • Arabic speaker preferable
