Replenishes general stock items held at the Warehouse of Supply Chain Management by using the reports generated through the system by using the approved re-order method/procedure.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1.Reviews stock level and replenishment details by verifying the Average Monthly Usage (AMU), stock on hand (system/physical) and product expiry dates to ensure that re-ordering process is carried out effectively and efficiently. 2.Reviews the Weekly Safety Stock Report and Zero Stock Report to ensure that all activities on the listed items are timely monitored and actions are appropriately taken. Shares information with Manager for critical stocks. 3.Reviews the Excess Stock/Non-Moving Items/KFSH Short Expiry Report on a regular basis, takes the necessary action and shares the information with the Inventory Controller for appropriate action. 4.Reviews the Consumption Item Report for items/classes under his/her responsibility and amend the forecasting information as required, to meet the trend requirement. 5.Initiates the necessary change order/revise delivery schedule requests to meet the requirements according to the increase/decrease in usage. 6.Maintains the inventory turn-around periods in the limits of approved perimeters. 7.Coordinates with Receiving/Warehouse and concerned departments to resolve problems/issues arising from Unit of Measure (UOM), Catalogue Number, Brand Change, etc., prior referring Acceptance/Rejection Form for the Manager’s approval. 8.Keeps an updated file of documents related to inventory items and update item information on Oracle System regularly. 9.Participates in physical inventory of stocks as required. 10.Participates in Self & Hospital’s quality improvement plan preferred. 11.Follows all hospital related policies and procedures. 12.Participates in self and other’s education, training and development, as applicable. 13.Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or IPA Diploma in Hospital Administration or other related discipline or High School Education is required.

Experience Required

No experience required with Bachelor’s Degree, one (1) year of related experience with IPA Diploma or three (3) years with High School Education is required.
