Capacity to support stressed situation, work in team, and work in shopfloor Good communicator and listener Leadership

Responsibilities : Manage a headcount of 2 team collaborators Deal and communicate internally and with suppliers Maintain and improve the QMS Successes and follow up new launches with suppliers and its PPAP Suppliers monitoring and their results improvements Review operational performance on daily basis and lead the correctional action plan Review work of collaborators and team in shop floor to detect deviations / opportunity of improvement and put corrective action (Kaizen) Manage weekly meetings with suppliers to review internal & customers quality issues and its corresponding correctives actions Manage weekly meeting with suppliers/ TDC/ Purchasing... to review ongoing PPAP documentation and push to get final approvals
