Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Registration & Onboarding

-Manage and oversee the full supplier registration process.

-Review and validate supplier documentation, licenses, certifications, and company profiles.

-Ensure all required information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal standards.

Prequalification Assessments

-Conduct technical and commercial evaluations based on set criteria.

-Assess suppliers' capacity, experience, safety records, and quality certifications.

-Score and classify suppliers into appropriate categories.

Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

-Work closely with internal teams--Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and HSE.

-Follow up with suppliers for additional documents or clarifications.

-Communicate outcomes (approval, rejection, or corrective action) professionally and promptly.

Risk & Compliance Management

-Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.

-Identify potential supply chain risks and recommend mitigation measures.

-Maintain strong documentation and audit trails for all supplier evaluations.

Vendor Database & Reporting

-Maintain and update the Approved Supplier/Vendor List.

-Conduct periodic reviews and renewals of supplier approvals.

-Generate performance and status reports for management.

Continuous Improvement

-Contribute to enhancing prequalification procedures and workflows.

-Recommend improvements that support efficiency and quality.

-Support digitalization and automation initiatives for vendor onboarding.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

-2-5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supplier qualification.

-Technical background (Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) is a plus.

-Experience with engineering or consultancy vendors is an advantage.

Skills:

-Strong analytical and evaluation skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-High attention to detail and organizational ability.

-Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, etc.).

-Ability to work independently with a professional and ethical mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?9,000.00 per month
