Job Description

We are seeking experienced Cleaning Supervisors (Male & Female) to join our growing facility management team. The ideal candidates will oversee cleaning staff, ensure high standards of hygiene, and maintain a safe and organized environment across assigned premises.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations and cleaning staff Train, guide, and evaluate cleaners to ensure excellent performance Inspect assigned areas regularly and ensure quality cleaning standards Manage cleaning schedules, materials, and equipment usage Report incidents, maintenance needs, and staff issues to management Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Maintain attendance, task allocation, and daily reports
Requirements

Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor (preferred) Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and chemicals Ability to lead a diverse cleaning team effectively Good communication and reporting skills Physically fit and able to work on-site as required Ability to work flexible shifts when needed Transferable visa / valid work permit preferred
