Minimum
10 years' experience
in the carpentry/joinery field. Proven supervisory experience infit-out / workshop operations
. Strong knowledge of carpentry production, materials, and finishing. Ability to manage manpower, schedule production, and ensure quality standards. Candidates with experienceonly in the same field (carpentry & fit-out workshop)
will be considered.Responsibilities:
Supervise daily carpentry/joinery workshop operations. Allocate manpower and monitor workflow to meet project deadlines. Review technical drawings and ensure precise execution. Maintain high-quality production and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with project managers and site teams for smooth operations.

fit-out carpentry workshop experience
