Key Accountabilities

Day to Day operations

work alongside the Project Supervisor and Foreman to identify the scope of work from Owner's specifications, tenders, work lists, on-board and shop inspections.

Assist the Project Supervisor and Foreman for Man-hours estimation for work processes Understand the scope and ensure implementation and execution of mark-up" drawings & As built drawings. Aslo controlling of the client issued drawings or drawings issued by engineering department. Maintaining the drawing index and revision control. Ensure correct drawings are issued to production and recollect the obsolete drawings back from the production. Preparation of related drawings for approval by relevant parties. Create a daily plan of action to organize tasks to complete jobs effectively Oversee the materials requisitions. Checking and verifying the grades of the materials and coordinate with QSA for the certification of materials by clas or client. Lead all activities related to work preparation Developing work descriptions Liaison with owner representative, PJM Invoicer, other trades and other sections within department

Qualifications Diploma in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. Minimum3 Years of experience in Shipyard in Supervising Work Preparation Experience At Least 5 Years relevant working experience in Shipyards At least 3 years of supervisory experience Expo Universe is a Specialist International Recruitment Company in the Engineering and Technical Recruitment Domain.
