Responsible for Supervision, Coordination and Execution of waste management services, at various locations in accordance to Imdaad, EHS, Dubai Municipality and international standards.
§ To ensure timely delivery of services.
§ Planning and scheduling of activities.
§ Coordination with clients and suppliers.
§ Preparation and submission of estimation/quotation.
§ Effective management of members of the team.
§ Update the Management about situations seeking attention.
§ Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
§ Ensure proper documentation of activities.
§ Other tasks allotted by the Management, time to time.
Ensure overall operations of Resource recovery, destruction, and hazardous waste management in a timely manner
Ensure company procedures for the collection, transport, and disposal of waste, in compliance with all regulations and legal requirements.
Assist, manage and monitor the team to achieve the day-to-day operational requirements, and manage the resource allocation
Ensure employees and subordinates, working in a team or individually, to maximize their performance and contribution. Oversee the selection, training, performance, and motivation of staff
Ensure high level of customer service with clients and make sure that all the enquiries are attended at the earliest
Liaise with line managers of other departments ensuring effective service and communication
Liase with any Govt organization in regards to the job such as Dubai Customs, Dubai Municipality, Trakhees etc to find an effective solution for each task
Develop and follow up the plan for achieving the targets and improve the revenue
Responsible for developing department policies for achieving department goals, evaluating the progress toward the goal include both team and individual progress and performance reviews.
Ensure PR and PO for suppliers as per the requirement and record the same
Maintain the monthly revenue and identify the new customers and area of revenue for further improvements
Making sure that permits and NOC's are applied and approved based on customer requests
Ensure the right equipment's, vehicles and manpower are arranged for the completion of the job activity and keep the customers posted on the same
Ensure safety of site personnel; supervise correct use of PPE and uniform; understand and implement safety procedures. Conduct the TBT as per the target
Undertake other associated task, allotment by line manager from time to time.
Education/Qualifications Higher Secondary Certificate (12th Standard) from a recognized institute is a must. Bachelor Degree from a recognized institute is desirable. Professional Certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/ Plumbing/Fitter Trade OR ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is desirable.
Skills/ Competencies/ Experience 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience. Good communication Skills in English and Hindi, and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage. Excellent Interpersonal Skills Result Orientation and Customer Satisfaction Planning, organizing and coordination skills Must have advanced computer skills. (MS OFFICE - Excel, word, ppt, outlook etc) Ability to work under pressure.
