K4 Technical Services LLCWe are hiring an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the UAE. Strong English skills required.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, cleaners, and laundry personnel. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness, quality, and standards. Assign duties and work schedules to housekeeping staff and ensure completion of tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Train new housekeeping employees on procedures and protocols, and provide ongoing training to current staff. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as necessary.
