Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of production workers including maintenance technicians.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.
Communicate effectively with upper management regarding production updates, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
Oversee repairs and maintenance to ensure accurate and timely completion
FA Programmer, FF testing and Commissioning for pumps
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and materials.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
