Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the front-of-house team to deliver refined, high-quality service Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen, barista, and service staff to uphold premium guest experience Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and grace Ensure the cafe meets the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory or senior service role (luxury cafe, patisserie, or fine dining preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
