Job Description
Supervise daily packaging operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Monitor packaging line performance and take corrective actions when needed.
Ensure correct labeling, packing, and palletizing of finished battery products according to company standards.
Manage, train, and motivate packaging staff to achieve production targets.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure proper shift handovers.
Maintain discipline and a safe working environment within the packaging area.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging supervisory role, preferably in a battery or electronics factory. Strong knowledge of packaging equipment, processes, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Basic knowledge of inventory management and production reporting.
