Yas School is currently seeking to recruit a high-performing Supervisor of Operations to join our team for the AY 2025-26,

At Yas School, we deliver the Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum and have a special focus on inclusive education, enrichment and preparing future ready learners. Founded in 2015, we are the largest single-campus K-12 government school educating 1750+ girls and boys on our extensive campus.

As Supervisor of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of the school's financial, administrative, facilities, assets, and operational services. The Supervisor, Operations exercises budgetary control over the school's operational costs, liaising with the relevant MOE entities, business partners, and service providers.

The successful candidate should have:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education management or related field, or working towards attainment Facility management courses or certifications. Proficiency in English (demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent). Proficiency in Arabic is a requirement. Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing operational processes. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards. 3-5 years of experience in school operations, administration, or a similar role, preferably within the UAE.
