Urgently hiring for a
Multi-Trade Supervisor will Perform a wide range of construction tasks across different trades
, also a hands-on leader who oversees teams performing various maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades--think plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and more.Core Responsibilities
Supervise multi-skilled teams
across different tradesPlan and assign work orders
, ensuring timely and high-quality completionInspect work sites
for safety, quality, and compliance with regulationsTrain and mentor staff
, including apprentices and junior workersManage materials and tools
, including procurement and inventoryCoordinate with clients and residents
to ensure satisfaction and clear communicationPrepare reports and documentation
on job progress, costs, and team performanceRequired Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge across
multiple trades
(e.g., plumbing, carpentry, electrics)Leadership and communication skills
to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders Ability toread blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity withhealth and safety regulations
Often requires atrade qualification
and several years of supervisory experience Avalid driver's license
will be preference and flexibility to travel between sites Only UAE based and UAE experience candidatesJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
