Fit-Out Supervisor (Multi-Trade)

Role Overview

The Fit-Out Supervisor oversees and coordinates all aspects of interior fit-out works across multiple trades--such as carpentry, joinery, electrical, plumbing, and finishes. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Supervision

Manage on-site activities for interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and MEP installations. Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings accurately. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper sequencing of multi-trade tasks.

Quality & Safety

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Enforce health and safety protocols and manage incident reporting. Maintain detailed records of site activities, labor attendance, and progress reports.

Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor site workers and subcontractors across various trades. Evaluate performance and provide feedback or disciplinary action when necessary. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Technical Oversight

Ensure proper installation of MEP systems, joinery, and architectural finishes. Recommend improvements to construction methods and workflows. Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide practical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in supervising multi-trade fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of interior design, joinery, MEP, and civil works. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.

UAE Driving license

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
