Job Description
Responsibilities: . Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks . Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of all areas, ensuring compliance with company standards . Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures . Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment . Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner . Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to cleaning staff Qualifications: . Proven experience in a cleaning supervisor role . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
