Ensure the smooth running of the business and workflow.
Motivate and promote productivity among employees and asess employee\xe2\x80\x99s performance.
Identify and provide solutions to issues (such as conflict with customers, between employees and in other departments)
Establishes and maintains a legal working environment, secure and safe.
Provide upper management with regular weekly reports.
Handle all the marketing for the different activities of the center.
Lead employees in meeting the company\'s expectations and constant improvement.
Organize rotate jobs, train, vacation and facilitate telecommuting and provide cover for absenteeism.
Remain transparent communication, provide regular interpersonal discussion, meetings, and emails with employees and higher management.
Preparing financial reports and tracking net profit of concerned departments
Operational and financial monthly evaluation and improvement
Engage in the recruitment, interviewing, selection, hiring, and employment of the appropriate number of employees in conjunction with Human Resources staff.
Implement procedures and policies with HR team
