For immediate hiring Clinic Supervisor For A medical center in Dammam - Job Requirements; MUST HAVE 5 YEAR EXPERIENCE (AT LEAST) IN MEDICAL CENTERS/ COMPLEX Fluent in English Excellent communication skills Attention to details Follow-up skills Preparing Reports skills Gender; Any - - s; Respond to all queries from customers through all platforms & provide support Improve the business development Maintain the quality & follow up the patients' requests to reduce the no-show Manage the team & situations Handling the requests of the English Speaking clients Following up the team's performance to make sure that all the issues done perfectly Monitoring the quality of the team Supervise the productivity of the team Supervise day to day operations of the clinics Following up all the issues related to clinic such like; schedules, times, payment, Reports, collections, plans... will be responsible for all the administration works. Submit daily/weekly reports to the management Preferred to be in KSA & knows about the Saudi laws. Salary; 6K-8K R >S based on the experience & skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?6,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month Experience:
- WORKING IN MEDICAL CENTERS/ COMPLEX: 5 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)
