Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall operations of the virtual reality club.
Recruit, train, and oversee a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional service and experience.
Organize and streamline operational processes to ensure the highest level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and club performance.
Manage budgets, forecasting, and all aspects of financial performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership role, preferably in the entertainment or F&B industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing effective teams.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in both English and Arabic to cater to our diverse clientele.
Passionate about technology and virtual reality, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends.
