Responsibilities:

You will be dealing with the sale and rental of prime residential property within Dubai, UAE. Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients Talking to sellers/landlords and building a network of relationships. Entering all new properties and deals into CRM Handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants Qualifying new inquiries, matching requirements with available inventory, and conducting viewings Negotiating deals between the two parties Closing deals, attending DLD for your transactions Consulting and updating clients on the latest market trends Regular calls to all clients to build long-term business relationships Communicate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or renters Stay informed about the real estate market trends Maintain and update listings of available properties

Requirements

Strong sales, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills Experience in real estate brokerage and sales Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and investors Experience in managing ready property Relevant certifications and licenses / RERA Card Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
