Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflowLead, guide, and support team members throughout the shift
Maintain excellent customer service standards
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Monitor staff attendance and assist with scheduling
Maintain hygiene, safety, and company policy standards
Assist with inventory control and daily reporting
Support training and development of new staffRequirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience (F&B, or hospitality)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure with a positive attitude
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer and POS knowledge
Fluent in English.
