Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
To train staff to provide high standards of service and increase their knowledge On F&B
To set an example of good grooming, punctuality, friendliness and knowledge.
Take frequent rounds measuring guest satisfaction, promoting facilities and activities and anticipating guest needs.
Reporting and handling any guests' complaints.
Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
Manage the Pool and Beach team operations
Ensure that team is patrolling the area when not busy and removing dirty towels and other objects.
Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions.
To assign responsibilities to subordinates and to check their performance periodically.
To enforce F&B policies toward Staff.
To liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage department on daily operation and quality.
To follow health and safety regulations.
To ensure the work areas are clean and well maintained.
To foster a "team player attitude".
To supervise all staff members in their duties and encourage or reprimand as necessary.
To maintain all F&B service areas in a clean and orderly condition.
To ensure that all equipment is in safe working condition.
To work closely with the Manager on all functions, set-up service and cleaning..
To be fully trained in emergency procedures.
To report to the F&B Manager. Any other duties as required.
