Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly service/repair of all elevators and escalators in the assigned area.
• Attend emergency and normal breakdowns of all elevators in that area within an emergency response time.
• Maintain weekly and monthly reports for regular service and breakdowns daily report.
• Monitor the tools requirements for the projects at hand.
• Ensure punctual attendance of technicians at the site as scheduled.
• Follow the safety practices and procedures at the site.
• Ensure proper maintenance and service of all units in the assigned area.
• Try to get maintenance orders for MASSAED.
• Perform independently the technical job as per the approved electrical/mechanical drawings provided.
• Perform the work such as maintaining, installing, testing, commissioning, and repairing all types of elevators
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and schematics and maintain and repair the equipment accordingly
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and other contractual works as per the schedule, with minimum assistance from the Supervisor.
• Report any abnormalities (interior as well as exterior), missing components, etc. observed to the immediate Supervisor.
• Conduct any new surveys for maintenance and repair projects.
• Carry out adjustments and repairs (planned & unplanned) for elevators in the assigned area, with minimum assistance from the Supervisor.
• Should deal effectively and courteously with customers on a day-to-day basis. Critical issues are to be reported immediately to the Manager.
• Any other duties, as directed by the Manager that will help to improve the service delivery or business activities of Massaed in the field of service or repairs.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with reputed companies in the UAE.
• Must have a position-relevant background in Elevators and Escalations
• Must be well versed in procedures and sops.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
