Job Description
The
Electrical Supervisor
will oversee all site electrical works including power, lighting, LV systems, and coordination with subcontractors and authorities. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and be able to manage teams across multiple project sites.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise electrical works across multiple site zones. Review drawings, method statements, and ITPs for electrical scope. Monitor subcontractor performance and conduct daily briefings. Coordinate with DEWA/consultants for inspections and approvals. Report progress, risks, and manpower deployment to project manager. Ensure site safety and adherence to HSE protocols.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering. 5-7 years of UAE experience in high-rise or large-scale commercial MEP works. Experience with authority approvals (DEWA, DCD, etc.). Strong site management and technical reporting skills.
