The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading team members, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently met. This role supports management by coordinating staff, monitoring performance, and maintaining a productive, safe, and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily staff activities and shift operations
Ensure high levels of customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
Assign duties, prepare shift schedules, and monitor attendance
Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
Monitor stock levels, place internal requests, and report shortages or issues
Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reports
Communicate clearly with management regarding operations, challenges, and improvements
Assist in implementing promotions, new menus, or operational changes
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Supervisor or Senior Team Member
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Customer-focused mindset
Basic knowledge of POS systems and reporting (preferred)
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality/business-related certification is a plus)
1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior staff role, preferably in hospitality or retail
