Requirements:

Experience as a Supervisor in hypermarkets or supermarkets Knowledge of food, vegetable, and garments departments Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and organizational abilities Ability to train and supervise staff Problem-solving and decision-making skills Professional, proactive, and reliable

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations in assigned departments Ensure quality control and proper handling of products Monitor staff performance and provide guidance Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store Assist in stock management and inventory control Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service Report to management on department performance
