Reports To: Construction Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with minimum 2 years UAE supervision experience to

lead and work alongside the electrical team. Preferably, candidates should have at least 1 year with a valid

UAE driving license. This role involves overseeing installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring all work meets

quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and work alongside electricians and helpers on-site, providing guidance and support. Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical wiring, panels, fixtures, and other
electrical systems.

Read, interpret, and verify electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications. Ensure all electrical works comply with UAE codes, DEWA standards, and project safety requirements. Conduct inspections, testing, and quality assurance checks for completed installations. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the Electrical Manager and
Construction Manager.

Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and tools for efficient site operations. Mentor and train team members to enhance skills, safety awareness, and productivity. Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and other trades for seamless workflow and project
execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience at a supervisory level in electrical works. Hands-on experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and team leadership. Knowledge of UAE electrical codes, DEWA standards, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Preferably holds a valid UAE driving license.
