Supervisor
Job Description
Flame is a fire-inspired restaurant in DAMAC Towers by Paramount, Business Bay, Dubai. We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who can keep the floor running smoothly, support the team, and make sure every guest leaves happy.
You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, guide waiters and runners, solve small problems before they become big, and keep service fast, organized and friendly. You will also help with opening/closing, basic reports, and making sure Flame looks and feels ready for guests at all times.
