Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily moving operations including packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking. Assign tasks to crew members and monitor performance to ensure productivity and service quality. Inspect moving equipment and vehicles to ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance. Ensure customer property is handled with care and transported securely. Conduct pre-move surveys and plan logistics to optimize resources and time. Maintain detailed documentation, including job orders, inventory lists, and delivery confirmations. Resolve on-site customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Train new movers and drivers on company procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and safety standards. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for storage and delivery requirements. Report daily job completion, manpower usage, and any incidents to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 0

-5 years of experience

in the moving, logistics, or transportation industry. Previous supervisory or team leader experience is required. Strong knowledge of moving procedures, packing materials, and equipment. Familiar with UAE geography and local moving regulations. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy items when required.
