Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor site activities for interior fit-out and related works. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth execution. Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet deadlines. Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and material requests. Conduct inspections and resolve site-related issues promptly. Assist in site measurements, material delivery follow-ups, and snag rectifications. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor & safety regulations. Drive to project sites across UAE for supervision and coordination (manual driving).
Requirements
Minimum 3
years' experience
inInterior Fit-out / Joinery works
in UAE. ValidUAE Manual Driving License
(mandatory). Strong knowledge of site supervision, finishing works, and fit-out processes. Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly. Good communication and leadership skills. Flexible to travel across different sites in UAE. Ability to handle workers and subcontractors effectively.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
