We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Supervisor
to oversee our cleaning, landscaping, maintenance, and HVAC (AC & duct cleaning) operations in Dubai. The candidate must have technical expertise inAC systems, HVAC maintenance, and duct cleaning
with the ability to lead teams effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage teams in cleaning, landscaping, maintenance, AC & HVAC services. Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including AC repair, duct cleaning, and maintenance tasks. Ensure all work is carried out according to health, safety, and hygiene standards. Train and guide technicians and cleaners to maintain quality service. Prepare daily reports, manage work schedules, and monitor staff performance. Communicate with clients and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Supervisor in cleaning, maintenance, or HVAC services.Government-recognized HVAC/AC Technician Certificate
(mandatory). ValidUAE driving license
(mandatory). Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of duct cleaning, AC servicing, and general facility maintenance. Ability to handle multiple tasks and lead diverse teams.Benefits:
