We're looking for an experienced

Supervisor

to help lead daily care and safe supervision of dogs in our facility.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Animal Care

Supervise daily boarding, daycare, and grooming activities to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all dogs. Oversee feeding schedules, exercise routines, and special care instructions. Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards across kennels, play areas, and grooming stations. Support handling of dogs with different temperaments, including those requiring special attention.

Team Leadership

Supervise and guide kennel attendants, daycare staff, and grooming assistants. Organize staff schedules and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations. Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback. Foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.

Customer Service

Greet and assist clients with check-in/check-out procedures. Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding services, special needs, or behavioral updates. Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

Administration & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of boarding, daycare, and grooming services. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and animal welfare standards. Assist in inventory management for pet supplies, cleaning products, and grooming tools. Report operational updates and issues to management.

Requirements:

3+ years dog handling experience

(kennel, daycare, vet, etc.) UAE EXPERIENCE Confident with all breed of dogs Knows dog behavior and safety practices Reliable, calm, and physically fit.
