We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Construction Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven supervisory experience on construction sites in the UAE, with strong knowledge of safety standards, site management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Manage and lead site workers, subcontractors, and vendors Monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to project managers Identify and resolve issues that may delay the project timeline Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of UAE construction site supervisory experience Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations in the UAE Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid UAE driving license is preferred Proficient in MS Office and project management software (if applicable) Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
