Supervisors:
- Oversee site work for MEP, civil, or firefighting systems.
- Manage daily workforce and allocate tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers for timely execution.
- Monitor materials, tools, and manpower usage.
- Report progress and issues to management.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Maintain work documentation and logs.
