Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our sweet shop team! As a Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards
- Manage inventory, stock, and displays
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Monitor sales and implement strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in a sweet shop ( Preferring UAE Experience)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of sweets, confectionery, and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
