This role falls under our Five Guys umbrella. As our Five Guys team continues to grow, were in search of Supervisors. In this role, you will perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, ensuring compliance with the company and brand standards in all areas of operation. Responsibilities:
- Excels in performing all Crew Member tasks and maintains fast, accurate service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company and brand standards
- Leads Crew Members and directs daily operations of the restaurant including supervising and training employees, opening and closing the store and ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee's tasks whilst giving regular feedback.
- Makes sure that restaurant adheres to company, local municipality and brand standards with regards to cleanliness, organization, food safety and customer accessibility
- Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks
- Offers friendly, fast and efficient customer service
- Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management.
- College Level or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience food and beverage industry and reporting in a fast paced and dynamic environment
