We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Supervisor

to lead and manage a large team of staff while ensuring excellent service standards and high levels of hygiene. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in managing manpower in fast-paced environments.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

COMPUTER SKILLS

: Good Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Experience

: Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in a supervisory role (preferably in hospitality, cleaning services, or facility management).

NOC Requirements: Required

Additional Requirements: Ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and support daily operations of assigned staff. Manage a large workforce efficiently, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring. Ensure all employees follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high levels of cleanliness and service quality. Provide training, coaching, and continuous improvement support to team members. Maintain clear communication with management, clients, and staff to resolve issues promptly. Prepare daily/weekly reports on attendance, performance, and operational updates.

Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in a supervisory role (preferably in hospitality, cleaning services, or facility management). Strong

leadership and communication skills

. Ability to manage

large teams

and work under pressure. Strong knowledge of

hygiene standards and best practices

. Good problem-solving skills and decision-making ability. Flexible, reliable, and able to work in shifts if required.
