Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for a Operations Supervisor to join the Dirwazh team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating between teams (vendors, F&B, activities, maintenance), and ensuring smooth execution throughout the season.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and logistics.
Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle on-site issues and solve problems promptly.
Submit daily reports to management.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and branding standards are met.
Requirements:
Previous experience in supervision or event/site management.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic or English.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure.
Must be currently based in Qatar and available to start immediately.
Preference will be given to candidates born in Qatar.
Valid Qatar Driving License is required
